All private lesson, squad, and team participants must be members of Maroon & Gold Tennis, in order to adhere to NCAA rules and regulations related to Local Sports Clubs
Full payment is required before commencing each training block and must be made to Maroon & Gold Tennis LLC. If you would like to sign-up mid-way through a training block, please contact us.
Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. A one time credit may be offered due to a medical emergency if signing up for a future training block
Maroon & Gold Tennis will only store information relevant for coaching and billing purposes. Private information will never be shared with a third party or advertising agency. Photographs and video may be taken and used in promotions by Maroon & Gold Tennis on social media, marketing material, and on the website
Maroon & Gold Tennis will act according, to their best judgment, in any emergency requiring medical attention. Maroon & Gold Tennis is not liable for any injury or illness and its subsequent costs incurred while undertaking a program or event. All members inherently assume the risk of potential injury due to tennis related activities
We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If the Coaching Staff is not informed of non-attendance for a clinic or private lesson at least 24 hours in advance, then participants will still be charged.
Sessions may be cancelled if the venue is, in our judgment, too wet during the scheduled lesson, squad or team time. If a session is cancelled, a refund will not be issued, but credit may be applied towards a future training block
If not dropping off for lessons, squads, and teams, members can use the ParkMobile App and select Zone 60159 to park in Lot 59 right next to the Whiteman Tennis Center (which will be the cheapest option). If this Lot is full or you would prefer covered parking, you can park in the Packard Drive South (Structure 7) parking garage.
Lot 59 right by the Whiteman Tennis Center requires use of the ParkMobile App or an ASU® parking pass, as it is monitored Monday-Saturday, 24 hours. Vehicles not using the App or displaying a valid ASU® parking pass risk being ticketed
